A watched pot never boils

We had a nurse midwife appointment today, and scheduled an inducement on November 7 if little Wilco doesn't show up over the weekend.   We got another ultrasound, which yielded a new due date of November 16.  (But everybody says ultrasounds at this stage of the game are highly inaccurate for due date estimating.)  According to that ultrasound, Paxson Revel is currently 8 pounds, 2 ounces.  He has above average leg size, but below average head size.  (I guess he's destined for football.)  But, according to the lunch we had at the Mustard Seed, he'll be showing up tomorrow.

So pretty much, it looks like an inducement will not be needed.  Thank goodness for fortune cookies!
