Blizzard Warning in effect... expect strong easterly winds along the coast gusting to near 55 mph with snow and blowing snow and visibility to near zero at times throughout the morning. Inland...expect low clouds with snow and blowing snow with visibility less than 1/4 mile at times. Wind will be from the southeast 20 to 30 mph gusting to 40 mph. Snow accumulation up to 6 inches along the coast and around 2 inch with higher amounts in some area inland.
