Our vacation to the "Outside"!

Here are some pictures from our mini-vacation to sunny California! We left on Wednesday the 9th on the 8PM jet to Anchorage, spent a few hours in Anchorage having a beer with Lee Beckner, then hopped on a red-eye to Portland! A few hours later, we caught the jet to San Jose. It felt like a bit longer trip than I was expecting, but was definitely worth it. Sasha and Andy drove over from Chester (with their two pups Lulu and George), the Gilders made it down from Davis, Justin and Elle came from San Diego, and Hooipo and Renee came from SLC punk. So it was an excellent gang and we spent 3 fun days going to the beach and cooking tasty dinners by Matty's outdoor fireplace. Thanks for a fun time Matty!

Then we got bumped on the way home and got 2 free tickets plus an opportunity to accompany Matty to the Rolling Stones! We were in the 9th row among a huge stadium of fans. The tickets cost about as much as our plane tickets for the weekend! VIP treatment for sure.
