Fire

I was going to post something, but we got invited to start a big fire at the K300 finish line. I'm not one to pass up fire. Here's some shots of the K300 start, including a very cute rugrat.




















And here's some shots of the Akiak Dash finishers. Congratulations Ryan Housler of Russian Mission! He broke the record. And it's even more impressive considering he's a rookie. Incidently, Russian Mission is allegedly the most beautifly place in the Y-K Delta.




When a team crosses the finish line, the kids in the crowd give the dogs a hearty welcome.
